All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exchanges, credits, or reimbursements will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend, transportation issues, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or personal circumstances. In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the event entirely, refund instructions will be communicated directly to purchasers. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
